Certified Self Protection Course
The Certified Self Protection Course is a certified six month course that is specifically designed to teach real world practical self-protection skills giving you confidence and a sense of security no matter where you go. In the course you will learn self-defense tactics that are effective enough to get you and your family out of harms way.
The course can be taught through private lessons which help the busy executives that want to train but do not have time to come to a regularly scheduled class. This is also a great way for teens to train around their busy schedule and help prepare them for college. At the end of the six month course you will be able to say with the utmost confidence "I can protect myself and I can protect my family!"
